If you are going to take supplements to help you lose weight, make sure to purchase diet pills that work. There are many supplements out there that claim to help you lose weight, but the reality is that they are not as effective as other formulas. There are many diet pills that work to help you lose weight in some form or another. Some of the pills help to boost your metabolism, block fat and calories, and curb hunger cravings. If you try a certain diet pill and find that it doesn’t work for you, stop taking it and try a new formula with a different company.

Sweet Savings

May 12th, 2010

Who doesn’t like to save money?  Perhaps if you have so much money that even you don’t know exactly how much, then you won’t care.  But the majority of people like to save money when they are shopping so that they will have leftover to buy other items that they want (or need).  I found an auction house for McDonough, GA called Auction Zip.  The auctions are located in that city, which is also where my aunt lives.  That was a coincidence.  There is another “auction” that takes place online called BidCactus.  This is a site that my husband ran across, and I visited their page to see it for myself.  This site is said to be more like gambling than a real auction.

Find Some Very Unique Gifts for Your Girl

April 29th, 2010

You know how hard it is to find just the right gift for a female acquaintance?  I have to admit that it is very difficult for me, because everything I look at doesn’t look right.  It’s all the same, old, boring stuff year after year.  But there is a site called Ten Thousand Villages which has many unique gifts for her.  This site not only offers unique items that you won’t find anywhere else, but the prices of the items help the artisans who make them be able to earn money that they might not otherwise make.  People from Kenya, Peru, India, Guatemala, the list just goes on and on.  I found some really interesting gifts there.

Clear It Up

April 27th, 2010

Acne treatments are  plenty and in the forefront of almost all kinds of ads on the Internet.  That makes for a lot of confusion when someone is interested in using it.  But if you use acne treatment reviews you can read up on the ingredients and view the users support reviews to see which one may be right for you.  I know if it were me looking for some help that I would want to find the best one available.  And being the best doesn’t necessarily mean the cheapest.

Keeping Warm in the Winter

March 3rd, 2010

My hubby and I have enjoyed the winters up here in the more northern states but we also have learned how to layer up and also to cover our heads and our ears.  Biting winter air can really make your face burn.  We also have tried to find other ways to keep warm during the winter.  This can include using a electric blanket.   But I have also found another little thing to help during the colder months; a towel heater.  Ooh, this reminds me of the warm towels that the hospital gives out when a patient gets cold, and what hospital doesn’t get cold? I came across these winter helps at Cozy Winters.  They have a gloves and boot warmer, those cleat things that you put on the bottom of your shoes to keep you from slipping on ice.  I know those work because a neighbor has them and she was telling me that she had never slipped on ice.  They even have heated pet beds!  I love this site.

Americans are FAT!

August 18th, 2009

Being an American makes me very proud.  However it does not make me proud when I leave my home and go out in the public because I’m overweight.  I also feel disgusted when I am out and see how many other people have become obese.  This phenomenon is everywhere you go and I can’t help but wonder what has come over us.  For one thing, our values have become such that all of our family get-togethers are focused around food, while they really should be focused elsewhere.  How many of us give thanks when we are together, to give praise where it belongs?  I am ashamed to say that ours does not.  But there is hope for all of us and it doesn’t involve having our bellies cut open, our stomachs stapled or squeezed.  It’s called a diet.  We can go on a food restricted diet or a diet where we watch the calories we consume, or even points, such as in the case of the Weight Watchers program.  But we also can use top diet pills which we can find not only in local stores, but also online.  Visit Diet Pills dot org to gether more information on which types of pills that may be correct for you.

Find Your Ancestry Roots

May 12th, 2009

It’s interesting to research your ancestry but there is a new twist to doing so. Now you can have your ancestry dna researched to gain even more information, but this doesn’t just give you your recent past (as in 100-200 years), but also researches way, way back to see exactly where you come from.  I’m not exactly sure how this works, but they use your DNA to gather this information.  They say that they can go back as far as 50,000 years simply by matching your DNA to others.  Do they gather DNA from mummified bodies?  Only they know for sure, but if you’re interested in finding out, follow the link that I gave above.

The Facts About Life Insurance

May 12th, 2009

Not long ago my family received an offer of $2,000 free life insurance through our bank.  It doesn’t particularly please me that they are handing out our mailing address to others and maybe I can call them and request this to stop.  Regardless, the insurance company also offered large amounts of insurance coverage with no exam and I chose $200,000 for my husband.  The thought of his passing on is a little worrisome as his income provides for paying most of our bills and all I get is disability, which as everyone should know, is not enough to live on.  I thought that I had marked off the box where I had chosen the $200,000 and only picked the free $2000.  However when I checked my bank account I found out that a premium had been taken out.  I visited my bank and asked them to return the money and stop further deductions.  They contacted the insurance company who insisted that we send them a written request and refusing to stop it otherwise.  After getting really annoyed I decided to leave it as was.  But I had already asked my bank to return the money, which they did.  Just yesterday we got a copy of the policy along with a letter from the bank stating the money was returned as well as a letter from the insurance company stating that they had cancelled the policy since it had not been paid.  It was confusing but I was not really concerned.  However, if you are looking for no exam life insurance, you may not have any idea where to start looking online, or else you’ve been to a few sites which wanted all kind of information from you which you may not want to give.  Many of these insurance companies also want you to have a medical exam depending on how much insurance you want.  That is awfully inconvenient.  We did that before and we did have to wait several months before a nurse was sent out to our home to take the required medical history and blood test. I visited a site called wholesaleinsurance dot net which gave me some interesting information on life insurance, especially quotes.  They state that some sites that offer quotes are not giving you the whole truth; that the quote actually means nothing to the company offering it as it never is the end result for the insurance that you want.  They are going to change the costs in other words.  Who needs that!  Their site gives you factual and truthful information as well as it will find you information on the best insurances and even for smokers, the lowest prices.  The fact that they gave this information impressed me and it makes me more willing to consider their offers for insurance.

Are You Ready for Your Swimsuit?

May 12th, 2009

Here’s another site that offers comparison on weight loss products.  Now this site, called consumerpricewatch dot net, lists some products that I’ve never heard of, which doesn’t mean they won’t work, but are apparently relatively new.  Some of these are Lipofuze, Nuphedragen, Noxycut, 7-DFBX, Curvatrim and many more.  What makes all of these different?  Visit their site for yourself to compare them.  Summer is fast approaching and many of us have already started considering how we’re going to look in our bathing suits.  Most likely the thought of that is a little depressing.  Consider a supplement to help lose that weight and read carefully when you consider one of these as they are not all alike nor give you the same results.
